At PhixFlow, we don’t just hire people who know their stuff – we bring in people who can bridge the gap between complex tech and real-world impact. That’s exactly what Lucas Lemoine does.

A Bit About Lucas

With a background in computer science, Lucas could have happily buried himself in code. Instead, he took a different route – one that blends technical expertise with hands-on innovation.

After starting out as an implementation analyst, he’s spent years translating messy, complicated requirements into solutions that actually work. He doesn’t just understand the tech, he understands how to make it fit the business, the people, and the challenges they face.

He’s also juggled roles in part-time tutoring and Airbnb property management (because why not?), proving that he’s just as comfortable explaining complex concepts as he is making solutions that run smoothly.

Why Lucas Chose PhixFlow?

For Lucas, PhixFlow’s biggest draw was its flexibility and its ability to adapt, scale, and deliver tailored solutions for all kinds of business needs.

“What drew me to PhixFlow was its high-quality service and incredible flexibility to meet diverse business needs. The company’s potential is huge, and I’m excited to collaborate with the team to drive innovation and deliver meaningful solutions that help our clients achieve their business goals.”

Translation: He’s here to get stuff done and make a difference.

Oh, and when He’s Not Fixing Things…

You’ll either find Lucas at a piano, in a board game battle, or hanging out with his geese. (Yes, really.) He’s a badminton and padel enthusiast, a fan of anything creative, and has a soft spot for animals, especially the chickens in his backyard.

Welcome to the team, Lucas. Now, let’s go solve some customer problems.
